WELCOME! The Tourist information office, located in Piazza Matteotti, 12, is open every day and welcomes tourists from 09 to 17.30. The Infopoint located inside the Basilica Palladiana is usually open from Tuesday to Sunday, from 10 to 18.
WHAT TO VISIT?
Most of the sites in the city's civic circuit observe the opening hours 10am-6pm. The Olympic Theatre is usually open from Tuesday to Sunday, from 9am to 5pm (last entrance at 4.30pm). The Basilica Palladiana will also always remain regularly open for sightseeing, from Tuesday to Sunday, from 10am to 6pm.
Attention*: On Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th April 2026, the Teatro Olimpico will be open to visitors only from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm (last admission at 3:00 pm), to allow the Vicenza Storia Festival to take place.

ACTIVE TICKET OFFICES
Reservation to visit the sights is mandatory for groups of min. 10 participants. Individual visitors can access the museums without reserving a time slot for the entry.
The single tickets to the museums and the combined cards can be bought at the Tourist information office located in Piazza Matteotti, 12 (open every day, 09-17.30) and at the Infopoint inside the Basilica Palladiana (open 10-18). The combined cards (namely the Vicenza Silver Card and the Vicenza Gold Card) are also sold at the ticket offices of the following private museums: the Jewelley Museum, the Gallerie d'Italia-Palazzo Leoni Montanari, the Palladio Museum, the Diocesan Museum. It is also possible to buy single tickets or cards in advance, on the online platform Ticketlandia, at this link (online purchase available until the day before the visit).

Among the temporary exhibitions, there is "Guido Harari. Incontri. 50 anni di fotografie ed incontri", open to visits from March 27 to July 26 in the hall of the Basilica Palladiana. The exhibition features over 300 photographs, installations, original films, screenings, posters, and memorabilia that chronicle all phases of Guido Harari's eclectic career: from his early days in the 1970s as a photographer and music journalist, to portraits intended as places of proximity and listening, to a work that has spanned publishing, advertising, fashion, and reportage over time.

NOT FAR FROM THE CITY CENTRE...
Do not miss the chance to go on top of the Monte Berico hill, with the best panoramic view on the city. The Baroque Sanctuary that sits on top of it hosts numerous masses, but it is always possible to access the cloister and the Sala del Quadro (the Painting's room), in which Paolo Veronese's imposing paiting "Cena di San Gregorio Magno" is displayed. On the upper floor, the Sacred Art Museum can be visited too.
