OASI ROSSI E IL GIARDINO DELLE FARFALLE TROPICALI
PARCO FAUNISTICO CAPPELLER
THE VILLAGE OF GNOMES
It is said that gnomes live hidden in their woods, love silence and animals: one of them is called Siben and is the symbol of the Asiago Plateau.
It will be a magical adventure to the delight of all children and a chance to relax for everyone else, surrounded by the suggestive world of nature, history and magic.
You will find a large playground with trampoline, football pitch, volleyball, swings, table tennis, a solarium with sun beds and paid electric karts.
You can also relax by participating to the Gnomes’ paint workshop.
OASI WWF DI CASALE
LA MONTAGNA SPACCATA
This place is famous for its legends on mysterious female sea creatures called the “anguane” (creatures from the Alpine mythology, similar to nymphs or water fairies). It is easier to come across these beings at night and if there is water nearby: that is when the “anguane” come out with their baskets to wash clothes, but beware, for these creatures are fickle and dangerous. They could appear with their long, swaying hair and bewitching shapes, to drag you to the bottom of their pit or puddle and hold you prisoner forever.
The Big Zip route will leave you speechless: it has a 348mt zip-line system passing through the vegetation and over the small Lonoba Lake, giving unparalleled sensations. As if that were not enough, there are four other routes, from the easiest ones, like “Kid Explorer” and “Junior Adventure”, to the “Emotion” route and the challenging “Braves only” route.
Since it also cares for the environment and the history of the territory, upon request Acropark organises guided walks towards the Voragine di Stonaus, visits to the Museum of the Great War and the Bostel Archaeological site, as well as orienteering and rock climbing lessons.
After all these activities, people can also relax along the banks of the swimming pond, equipped with sun beds, beach umbrellas and a beach volley court.
PARCO DEL SOJO
‘Parco del Sojo” is located in Lusiana, in the southern outskirts of the Asiago Plateau. It is an innovative attraction, created with the aim of promoting an area of great environmental, historical and artistic interest.
The integration of modern sculptures inside the natural environment lets you experience space and time on a different level.
The 3-km-long itinerary twists and turns through meadows, paths and woods.
The park hosts about 50 installations, it takes 2 hours to see them all, and it is a medium difficulty route. The stretch is free of charge, visitable at any time of the year. Easily reachable by your own car.
ALPENISE ADVENTURE PARK
A thrilling experience in complete safety, immersed in the lights and shadows of the forests, pixies, roe deer and wild animals.
Didactic, naturalistic and animated workshops are also available, as well as the possibility of stay for schools, groups and associations.
Teambuilding, educational workshops, hiking, parties, meetings and much more…
OASI DI CROSARA - IL BOSCO MAGICO
The “Bosco Magico" (Enchanted Forest) is a naturalistic area close to the bed of the Brenta river, where the young artist Roberto Costa, from Nove, has created an itinerary with a series of installations.
It is about a path that winds through forests and clearings, in which fairy-tale creatures made of wood have been arranged.
Every site has a specific name and the personifications are based on children’s favourite animals, pixies and fairies. Every element contributes to create a wondrous and exciting itinerary.
For this reason, the path is the perfect educational itinerary for school groups, since it allows them to discover the landscape of the Veneto pre-Alps and to recognise the presence of man on the mountains, (given the fact that some of the old districts are still well preserved). In addition to anthropological and naturalistic aspects, the Excalibur route is perfect to explain to children the role of the Tonezza Plateau during the First World War, since it left some signs along the path, such as a fortress and a trench, both open to the public. 10 stops are planned, each of them offering educational-recreational activities: Le dolci linee del paesaggio; Il “vecchio Faggio”; I sorprendenti Larici; La “Contrà Vallà”; La “Valle dei ciliegi”; Il fortino; Le antiche cave; La sorgente; Dentro la trincea; Incontro con il Bosco.
A clearing in the woods with a chalet, a playground, a suspended treetop path, barnyard animals and other activities.
PERCORSO DIDATTICO FORESTALE DELLA VAL DI NOS
Short educational stretches in the woods, with informative boards on flora, fauna, management of the ecosystem of the woods, picnic areas equipped with fires, benches and tables.
"VIVERE IL FIUME" IN VALBRENTA
Valbrenta, the perfect place for those who love nature, the environment and landscapes and want to get to know its character, its force, colours, and learn to respect its qualities.
Discover the treasures kept inside this beautiful valley.
“Vivere il fiume” (Experience the river) is a project that offers the chance to get to know the Valley of the Brenta river better through educational and recreational activities.
For all those who wish to learn more about the river, the territory and its natural beauties, 'Vivere il Fiume' is the ideal choice to come in contact with such an amazing world made of fun, growth and security. Every element, from the experience, structures, infrastructures, to the great heritage of the valley itself, is used to plan in-depth educational activities, where the river is the main character of the whole experience.
CALLE DI VENERE
The LandArt Calledivenere group was founded in the silence of the undergrowth of the Park of the Calvene waterfalls back in 2010.
In this place art, passion and game work together to create discreet installations that blend perfectly with the natural environment.
In the Waterfalls Park, the artist breaks the mold by transforming the area in an open-air art gallery, where nature greatly influences the works and makes them evolve over time.
What the visitors see today in the park will be different from what they will see tomorrow.
PARCO ARCHEOLOGICO DELL'ALTOPIANO SETTE COMUNI di BOSTEL DI ROTZO
The archaeological park in the Sette Comuni Plateau in Bostel di Rotzo is a site from the Iron Age (1st millennium B.C.), where it is possible to visit the current sites and the replica of the ancient village rediscovered during the excavations. Near the archaeological area in Bostel there is a “baito” (a dining facility), a tourist accommodation and an information point on the history and environment of the land.
