The Vicenza area has a wealth of typical products, some of which were progressively disappearing.
One of the objectives of these publications is thus to promote and encourage the production and consumption of these niche products. Each of these books contains curious anecdotes about the history of the product, its production cycle and above a precious recipe section suggesting some of the ways in which the product can be used, according to tradition but also with an eye to innovation and creativity.
